What happens next

• Your account is locked immediately. Purchases and new streaming stop.
• We email you confirming the request and the date it becomes permanent.
• After 30 days, your account and all stored content are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
• During those 30 days you can cancel from the app, under Account Settings, using your Master Code.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in credentials and profile
• All recorded and processed video stored in your account
• Your storage balance and purchase history

What we may retain

• Your record of accepting our Terms, as proof of agreement
• Content or records related to illegal activity, fraud, or policy violations, where we are required to keep them
• Usage logs, for 30 to 90 days, for security and troubleshooting

Deleting your account does not refund or restore any purchased storage. The Master Code requirement protects your content from being deleted by anyone who gains access to your device or account.
